Abdullah Al Mandhari is a distinguished legal expert and transformational leader with nearly 26 years of success in managing legal, regulatory, and commercial affairs across diverse sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre, Abdullah possesses deep mastery in commercial, arbitration, and contract law, with expertise in leading negotiations at the national and international levels in many transactions. Abdullah holds a PhD in Law from the University of Essex, where his research advanced the practice of state contracts between the Omani government and foreign investors.
