Dr. Khalifa Al Hadhrami

Dr. Khalifa Al Hadhrami, a former Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court and Head of the Commercial Department, retired in 2021 after over 30 years of service. He played a key role in shaping legal precedents in arbitration, finance, and investment, and led the judiciary’s digital transformation. He also held senior roles, including Secretary-General of the Council of Administrative Affairs and Head of the UN Omani commission on human rights, contributing to major legislative reforms and national election oversight.
