Dr. Ioana is a partner in Paris with over 15 years of experience in commercial and investment arbitration. She has acted in major international and domestic cases across energy, construction, competition, distribution and post M&A disputes and regularly appears in annulment and enforcement proceedings before French courts. Ioana also serves as arbitrator before leading institutions, including ICSID, and represents Romania on the ICC Court (2024 – 2027). She frequently speaks, publishes and holds key roles in global arbitration bodies.
