Dr. Talal H. Jaber

Dr. Talal Jaber is a holder of a BA in Law and an LLM in Business Contracts, a diploma in Anglo American Law and a Ph.D. in International Business Law with Honors. Specialized in Business Law, Arbitration and Business Ethics, he is the author of five books and many articles. His book “Introduction to Business Law”, in its three editions, is being taught at the top-ranking American Universities in Lebanon. It covers many legal topics, including Law of Contracts, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Labour Law and others. His book “International Sales of Goods” is considered as the first reference in Lebanese Law since the ratification by Lebanon of the United Nations Convention for the International Sales of Goods.
