H.E Eng. Badr Salim Al Maamari

H.E. Eng. Badr Salim Al Maamari is the Secretary General of the Tender Board, appointed by Royal Decree No. 9/2022. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida (2001) and began his career in 2002 as an Engineer and Projects Director at Muscat Municipality. With over two decades of experience in engineering, public procurement, and project oversight, he now leads major initiatives to modernize Oman’s tendering system, enhance local content, support SMEs, and drive efficiency across government procurement through platforms like Amana and Adaa.
