Mr. Mahmood Al Hinai

Mahmood Al Azhar Zahran Al-Hinai is an accomplished government manager with 16 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, project management, events, and information technology. He currently serves as Events and Corporate Communications Manager at the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre, where he oversees major initiatives including the Muscat Arbitration Days Conference. Previously, he led activities and events at the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs, organizing over 50 high-profile programs, including GCC Legislation Department meetings. Earlier roles included leadership in IT infrastructure and network security, building on his background as a network engineer and computer technician.
