Professor Loukas Mistelis is a leading authority in international arbitration and investment treaty law. He is the Clive Schmitthoff Professor at Queen Mary University of London and an International Arbitration Partner at Clyde & Co LLP. Educated in Greece, France, Germany, and Japan, he has taught globally and directed Queen Mary’s School of International Arbitration. A Fellow of CIArb, he has extensive arbitration experience in over 100 cases under major rules including ICC, ICSID, LCIA, and UNCITRAL.
