Mr. Faisal Attia

Faisal leads the Civil Law Dispute Resolution Practice for the Middle East, with extensive experience in litigating and arbitrating construction and commercial disputes. A bilingual construction lawyer, he specializes in interpreting Middle Eastern laws related to arbitration and litigation. Faisal previously served as State Counsel for the Egyptian government, representing Egypt in high-value international investor-state arbitration cases. He has worked in London and Kuwait before relocating to Dubai in 2011.
