Mr. Issa Al Ghassani

Issa Al Ghassani is a distinguished lawyer and legal consultant with over thirty years of leadership and legal expertise. He has served as Presiding Arbitrator and Member in numerous arbitration cases and contributed to drafting pivotal legislation, including the National Defense College Law and the Military Judiciary Law, as well as regulations on occupational injuries, classifications, and governance frameworks. A certified legal trainer, he lectures on arbitration, civil and commercial procedure, and international humanitarian law. Mr. Al Ghassani holds degrees in Law, English Literature, and Supply Chain Management, along with military diplomas from Sandhurst (UK) and Fort Leavenworth (USA). He is also a researcher in the sociology of law and a contributor to Al Roya Newspaper.
