Mr. James Machpherson

James MacPherson is a dual Canadian American, bilingual (English/French) international ADR specialist with over 25 years of experience in 40+ countries. He co-founded Saudi Arabia’s first international ADR institution (SCCA) and was the inaugural CEO of Bahrain’s BCDR. He also co-founded the MENA Pre-Vis Arbitration Moot, serves on the boards of the Oman Arbitration Center and the International Mediation Institute, and advised on the OIC Arbitration Centre (Istanbul). He is a CEDR-accredited international mediator.
