Steps:

Scan the attached QR code which shall take you to the landing page with two options 1- (WhatsApp channel) 2-(Download Omantel App)

WhatsApp Channel:

WhatsApp Channel Requirement: This service is only accessible through an international number registered with WhatsApp.

Interactive Chat Flow: The activation process will follow a conversational format, prompting the user to provide:

• Passport details
  Selection of the desired plan
  
• Payment information

eSIM Delivery: Once the package is purchased, an eSIM QR code will be shared. This QR code must be installed on the device to begin using the service.

App Channel:

App Download Prompt: The WhatsApp channel will guide the user to download the Omantel App from the appropriate store:

App Store (iOS)

Play Store (Android)

App Gallery (Huawei)

Activation Steps:

Once the app is installed, the user should click “Join Omantel.”

This will lead to a page where they can select “Tourist Pack” → “Get Tourist eSIM.”

The user can then follow the guided process to complete activation.
